DELICIOUS food!!! bilingual, generous servings, super accommodating, great relaxing atmosphere, the seafood rice was flavorful, the shrimp was to die for, the tostones were perfection, we were a party of 5 and a service dog, none of our food was dry, the dishes were filling and expertly made, felt like we were back in PR. Our server Edison was kind, careful to ensure to note any special requests, and was patient with our young practicing Spanish speaking children. We love Caribe and we'll be back soon! Highly recommend to anyone that wants some real deal Puerto Rican and Dominican food. πŸ‡΅πŸ‡·πŸ‡©πŸ‡΄ Schenectady is very lucky to have this restaurant! MuchΓsimas gracias πŸ’œ

We at the bar, as the restaurant was full (usually a good sign). Only downside was the music was quite loud and made conversation hard. Kay or K, was fantastic. Makes a great drink, was quick with everything and always has a smile. Not only was the food delicious but she made our experience (first time here) worth while.

The sautΓ©ed steak Mofongo and beef empanada was absolutely delicious. Ask for some of the green sauce cause it is my favorite. And the Tres Leches cake was out of this world. Absolutely authentic and delicious. Shout out to our server Edison was so good to us and wonderful. Thank you!

I thoroughly enjoyed every last bit of the food and desert I ordered and will be back over and over again. The customer service was also great. I enjoyed my time. The only reason why I took away the one star was for my drinks. Idk they didn’t taste fresh and vibrant. Tasted flat or something, I can’t really put my finger on it. Maybe premade I’m not sure but I do know that will not deter me from coming to this place. I will be back soon and I will try drinks again also.

I had the pleasure of sharing a meal here with my daughter last night. It was our first time so we wanted to try multiple things. We started with 2 of the most delicious pina coladas. Followed by some appetizers, one pictured here, plantain and pernil sandwiches. We also split a beef and chicken empanada as well as a potato ball. All were delicious. Lastly we shared a pork Mofongo with some pasta salad on the side. Everything was delicious and we will certainly be back..soon. One of the best things was the waitress brought full bottles of their home made sauces to the table. Both were so good. Can’t wait to return. Thanks for a good meal.
